PowerView® Automation

This top-of-the-line system is exclusive to Hunter Douglas and works with every style of Hunter Douglas window treatments. Using the PowerView Gateway, you can connect your home’s wifi and operate all of your electric window shades from a wall-mounted Scene Controller, Surface Remote, handheld Pebble® Remote, or the PowerView® App. PowerView® can also be integrated with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and Google Assistant to give you voice control options. The system can be powered via a rechargeable battery or directly wired into your home’s electric systems. 

 

Somfy® Automation

If you are looking for the gold standard in motorization, then you want Somfy® Automation. Somfy® was a pioneer in motorized shades for windows, and they have never stopped innovating. Their system works with a variety of window treatments, and they also offer sensors that can open and close your blinds and shades based on temperature, sunlight levels, and weather conditions. With the TaHoma® gateway and application, you can control your electric window shades from anywhere in the world.

 

Graber® Motorization

This automation system features whisper-quiet motors and a rechargeable battery pack. A single gateway can control up to 30 electric window shades, and you can pair as many gateways as needed to control your entire home through the Graber® Motorization App. The best thing about Graber® Motorization is that it operates using Z-Wave® technology which is already widely used by other smart home controllers and appliances. This makes it easy to integrate Graber® Motorization into your existing smart home system.

 

Norman® Motorization

Norman® offers motorization for shutters as well as blinds and shades. Their patented PerfectTilt™ G4 Motorized Shutter system allows you to easily open and close the louvers of your shutters. The system also features auto-brakes that immediately stop the motors if an obstruction is detected. This safety feature keeps fingers, paws, and tails from getting crushed in the shutters. Norman® also offers battery-powered systems with an integrated solar panel, providing green energy for your motorized shades and blinds.
